Naw, it's not just for younger kids, it's just for someone who isn't so in touch with the culture that glorifies the mentally ill and the people who are outside of social norms. We live in a time, especially like on the tumblr community and stuff, that glorifies not bending to the mold, but Holden was a great first for not doing that, you know? I love that book, I think Holden is Charlie only introspective, which I appreciate.
